Craig Rector REALTOR
VA Rep
Craig Rector is a Las Vegas REALTOR® with Innovative Real Estate Strategies, a retired U.S. Army air traffic controller, and the author of Buy Once, Buy Right: How to Purchase a Home in Las Vegas Without Panic, Pressure, or Regret.
After serving 21 years in the Army, Craig brought the same preparation, attention to detail and calm decision-making he used in air traffic control into his real estate career. He believes people make better real estate decisions when they receive useful information, honest explanations and enough time to understand their options.
Craig works with buyers, sellers, veterans and relocating clients throughout the Las Vegas Valley, with a particular focus on Sun City Summerlin and other Las Vegas 55+ communities. His goal is to help clients with more than the house itself. That can include understanding community differences, comparing available homes, preparing a property for sale, exploring financing options, coordinating a move, and connecting with professionals who can assist with estate planning, downsizing, repairs and complete move-in services.
As a retired Army veteran, Craig especially understands the needs of military families and veterans using VA financing. As someone in the 55+ community himself, he also understands that a later-in-life move may involve questions extending well beyond bedrooms, bathrooms and purchase price.
Craig is analytical by nature and down-to-earth by choice. He studies listings, market conditions and property details carefully, then explains what he finds in straightforward language. He does not believe every client needs the same house, the same timeline or the same solution.
Whether you are buying your first Las Vegas home, moving into a 55+ community, selling a longtime residence or simply gathering information for the future, Craig is ready to help you understand your choices and plan the next step.
